Information processed
We may process an order identifier, buyer or delivery email, purchased product, payment status and provider reference, support messages, download events, IP-derived country, device information, and site analytics.
Payments
PayPal processes payment details. WireTorque receives transaction status and information needed to fulfill the order but does not store the buyer's full card number.
How information is used
To confirm payment, deliver files, send order email, provide support, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, understand site performance, and meet operational or legal obligations.
Site measurement
We use first-party operational analytics to understand visits, checkout attempts, and delivery failures. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are disabled for this launch. We will update this notice before enabling additional measurement services.
Requests
To ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information we control, email support@wiretorque.com. Some order records may need to be retained for fraud prevention, accounting, or legal obligations.
